The native wild ginger plant has flowers beneath its leaves. You need to get down low to find them, and when you do, their geometric shapes are otherworldly. This painting features a close up view of a ginger flower in all of its mysterious beauty! Wild ginger is a Pacific Northwest native plant. It contains a universe when you look closely!
