“Desert Lupine” features a closeup view of a PNW native flower called lupine. Its delicate intricate design feels like a crown of magic. I started this painting while out camping in Eastern Oregon where I marveled at the delicate beauty that can thrive in a harsh, hot, dry desert environment. The leaves have shapes like stars and feature touches of gold paint. The desert night sky  is unlike any other–full of the mysteries of the universe.

This painting has hardware on the back, so it’s ready to hang. The sides of the 1 1/2″ deep wood panel are painted gold. It will look great on your wall or set on a shelf as is. It can also be framed.
