Amy Daileda’s vibrant paintings invite you to experience a world of awe and joy. A Portland, Oregon artist enthralled with the details, Amy explores our connection to the universe through nature. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Amy was an award winning slow fashion designer for 25 years before returning to painting in 2020. Her work has been shown in London and all over the PNW in galleries, art fairs and boutiques. Amy works out of her Alberta Arts neighborhood home studio that overlooks her Backyard Habitat Certified garden, which is a constant source of inspiration. Herbalism, meditation, macro photography, botany and native plant research all inform her work.
Step through the portal into another world. Get lost in tiny exquisite lines, expansive outer space, and ethereal energy. Feel your connection to everything.
When you slow down and look closely at a plant, a flower or even a rock, a world of wonder unfolds. Dive even deeper and size and scale disappear. You feel your connection to the past, the whole, and our universe. We are made of the same molecules as the earth and stars after all! I invite you to find your own connection to the universe through my art.
Enjoy!
