Concordia Artist Collective art Show

Eight Concordia neighborhood artists have joined forces to bring the second year of this uplifting fine art show and sale to the community. Stop by the outdoor plaza to enjoy paintings, encaustic work, linocuts, ceramic sculpture and more! There will be an exhibit, and each artist will have other smaller works for sale as well. Free, one day only.

Join us for a golden hour reception where you can meet the 3 resident artists of the Poppy & Finch Studio: Amy Daileda, (native plant paintings), Sharontonin (garden signs), and Ashley Fenner (plant paintings), plus Weina of Poppy & Finch botanical workshops. We’ll have drinks and snacks and multiple raffles throughout the evening. Amy has an exhibit of paintings in the space. We hope you can make it!
Concordia Garden & Art Tour

Join us for a garden tour featuring an artist in each of 5 beautiful yards! Neighborhood artists and gardeners have united to bring the first Concordia garden & art tour to life. Tickets are only $15 and proceeds will benefit the Faubion School Garden as well as the Concordia Neighborhood Association. Spend a lovely day getting inspired by some incredible gardens and vibrant, uplifting art. Participating artists: Amy Daileda, Peggy Pfenninger, Lisa Laser, Anne Jennings Paris and Faubion School students.

Tiny Forest Flora at Angelica Kauffman Gallery

My miniature painting collection will be on exhibit in Chicago for the month of December! This micro gallery is only 12″ X 16″ and will feature 9 of my newest paintings. I’ve been exploring tiny native forest flora and representing them in miniature form. I’ve even created miniature gold frames from balsa wood for each piece. What a fun project it has been for considering scale in multiple aspects!
